TALAY Roasting and Drying Ovens are used for all kinds of Nuts roasting (sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, hazelnut, peanut, almond, pistachio, cashew etc.) and fruits and vegetables (grapes, apricots, figs, dates, mulberries, tomatoes etc.) drying process. Our ovens have horizontal type and belt system. It is produced completely from Cr-Ni stainless material. AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel profile and sheet are used all oven including wire mesh band and chain. AISI 309 or 310 Cr-Ni stainless steel pipes and sheet materials resistant to high temperatures are used in burner chambers. The speed of the stainless steel wire mesh band is adjusted by AC motor drive. In large-capacity ovens, band movement can be controlled with a band balancing system. Natural gas, LPG or diesel are preferably used as fuel in the heating system.
Roasting and Drying Lines are fully controlled by PLC control system. With this system, the band speed, the product thickness on the band, roasting room temperature and time is set and recorded. With these prescriptions previously stored in the system memory, the desired taste can be kept constant in every production.
In the system, roasting air circulation is provided in the order from top to bottom and from top to bottom, respectively. With this feature, it is ensured that the product is roasted homogeneously. Disposal out of the system without touching the product of burnt gas oven extends the shelf life of our products. In our ovens, we have control and cooling rooms after roasting rooms. The high temperature of the cooling fan reduces the temperature of the roasted product to room temperature and makes it suitable for packing. The curtain band exit system for crackable products like peanuts prevents problems such as damage and breakage in the product.
